Mandatory Fee Disclosure: Before performing any act, we will provide you with a list of all fees (which may be via email, text, or application messages).

Notarial Fees: Capped by law at $15 per document for paper notarizations and $25 per signature for electronic/remote notarizations.

Ancillary Fees: Travel, mileage, document printing and photocopying fees are separate from the notarial act and must be agreed upon in advance.

Travel Fee Policy: Per Colorado Administrative Rules, if we travel to you and the notarization cannot be completed due to your lack of readiness or improper ID, a travel fee is still due.

Identification Standards: We accept government-issued photo IDs (Driver’s License, ID card or Passport) that are current or expired for no more than one year. Starting January 1, 2026, we also accept Colorado Digital IDs via the myColorado™ app.

Communication Requirement: We cannot perform a notarization if we cannot communicate directly with the signer. Use of a translator is prohibited by Colorado Notary Rule 2.3.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted under C.R.S. 24-21-508, including suspicion of fraud or duress.
