Notary Accessibility Statement

Digital Accessibility

Our website and digital documents are designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We regularly review our site to improve navigation for users of screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Physical & Communication Accommodations

  • Mobile Service: As a mobile notary, we travel to your preferred location to eliminate transportation barriers.

  • Alternative Formats: We can provide large-print versions of our fee disclosures or other business documents upon request.

  • Effective Communication: We welcome the use of auxiliary aids, such as sign language interpreters (provided by the signer) or written communication, to ensure the notarial act is understood by all parties. Note: Per Colorado Notary Rule 2.3, a notary cannot use a translator to communicate with a signer.

Identification Accommodations

Effective January 1, 2026, we accept the Colorado Digital ID via the myColorado™ app as a valid form of identification, providing a more accessible option for those who prefer digital credentials.
